When you know you've fallen

We spoke about false rest, being away from God as rest instead of running back to him to rest in him. The more we delay going back to him and say ILL GO BACK SOON! The harder it is for you to go back.

Soon that idea of rest becomes something else and you tell yourself, I'll go back soon. Even the scriptures says we can come boldly into the throne of grace to find mercy when we need it the most. I don't like it but at least, God will accept me back

Somebody say.. DANGEROUS territory

The 1 hour Doom scroll on Instagram or tiktok feels like rest, the movie with little foul words and sensual parts feels like rest, the book that turns your wildest imagination before you feels like rest, that vile thought or arrogance feels like you're finally speaking your mind abi? rest? Rest right?

The bible says that we should be aware of the devices of the devil, he's a roaring lion seeking whom to devour. When a lion is hungry, he takes his time to get the prey. Patience becomes a virtue to him. And he's constantly watching you to see that time you slip up and boom... You found out that you've fallen!

Let's talk about that today as we come to the end of this series

When the fall happens

You're down in the dumps

Thank God we have a man that died for us so we can leave the dung hill and sit with princes. Waittttt

You have to be intentional

Firstly, I want to say I relate with you. There can be a whole invisible force stopping you from running back to God, no matter how much you try you just can't

From day 1 and day 2, we spoke about accountability and rending your hearts to God.

It's very important we do these things if we truly cherish our relationship with God and our growth. You can't compromise your standard in the kingdom and while it's hard, THERES GRACE!

And this grace in God's throne beings mercy too when you need it the most. You have to want it with your actions

There can't be a balance was inspired by God in a thought that...

Oh we can exist with God and the world at the same time or I can live as I want and still be very hot with God. It's impossible to be in the fence. Pick one and discard the other

I pray for you as someone that's been in all the stages, gone through all the tiredness and struggle. I write to share my experiences with you as a sign that there's hope and God's love is very much real

I pray that the eye of your understanding be open to see the confident hope you have in Christ jesus, how he's chosen you as his rich and glorious inheritance. That by knowing this you understand the gravity of fighting the good fight of faith and that it's not hopeless, God's love is full and wants to dwell in you, I pray it does, I pray that we don't loose sight of what truly matters and when the journey is broken or halted because of a distraction, that we'll pull ourselves together, look into God to finish it for he's the auth and finisher of our faith

God, I pray that every that has read, looked, tapped or even pondered upon these words will be enlightened by your word and that your love bursts forth in them. May they not be casual about their faith any longer. Let them experience your love thats realer than anything I've ever known. Even in their struggle, be with them, in their falling, catch them, in their getting up, hold them with your righteous right hand
